As the ThingTech Account Relationship Manager you will manage the day-to-day client deliverables and expectations for a range of accounts from small to medium and large enterprise. Client satisfaction is the primary goal along with coordinating the upsell, cross-sell and resell opportunities that each account offers. In this role you will leverage and create strong working relationships across the client base to ensure opportunities are uncovered, created and managed through to close.
As a key member of the sales team may be asked to support net new sales opportunities leveraging your knowledge of existing customers and the ThingTech solution.
This role requires someone with a passion for people and problem solving for clients with industrial internet of things requirements (IIoT), such as asset and fleet management and field services, selling both software-as-a-service (SaaS) and hardware sensor devices. You will be key to our growth and success by increasing the value we deliver to each account and insuring there is constant communication between ThingTech and the client. You will be selling to a broad buyer and user persona including VP of Operations, Fleet Manager and CXO.
