How to Activate your ThingTech System

ThingTech can be easily activated and configured quickly and easily.

Activating ThingTech

To get started, navigate to the following link and select the button to ‘Get It Now’:

Select the option that applies to your organization:

1.     Log in to the AppExchange: If your organization uses Salesforce.com and would like ThingTech to be integrated with your existing Salesforce system, select this option and log in with your existing Salesforce credentials. 2.     I don’t have a login: If your organization has no need to integrate ThingTech with Salesforce.com, select this option and fill out form that is presented next.

After completing the form and selecting ‘Sign me up!’, you will receive an email from ThingTech Support welcoming you to the ThingTech Community and prompting you to set your password.

Initial Configuration of ThingTech

To complete the installation process, you’ll need to provide ThingTech Support (support@thingtech.com) with the ‘Org. ID’ of the newly created system and then follow the steps below.

To find your ‘Org ID’, just follow these steps:

1.     Go To ‘SetUp’ link in top right corner of the screen

2.     Type ‘Company Information’ into search box on left side of screen. Select Company Information link under Company Profile.
